Annual PIPA, PAT testing and full insurance

Every inflatable we hire out is tested every year under the national PIPA scheme in accordance with BS EN 14960 standards. In addition, our electrical blowers and cables undergo annual PAT testing. For comprehensive protection, Bounce 'n' Giggles carries £5 million in public liability insurance. We are happy to supply testing certificates, risk assessments, and insurance documentation to schools, community halls, and event organisers upon request.

Spotless cleaning and thorough sanitisation

Your family's health and wellbeing matter just as much as their fun. Every bouncy castle is thoroughly washed, vacuumed, and sanitised using child-safe disinfectants after every single hire. When our bright castles arrive at your party or event, you can be confident they are sparkling clean, hygienic, and ready for immediate play.

Professional setup and safe play guidelines

We follow strict manufacturer guidelines on every setup. Inflatables are safely anchored on suitable, level ground with adequate clearance around all sides. We continuously monitor local weather to observe safe operating wind limits. To ensure every guest enjoys a happy, accident-free day, we provide clear age recommendations and require constant adult supervision while the equipment is in use.
